                                               FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

SUMMER CHOCOLATE SHIPPING POLICY:

Cardinal CBD Store will not ship chocolate or carmel during the peak warm months of May-September.

Shipping these items requires the use of insulated packaging and cooling bags and would not be cost effective. If you in-inadvertently order chocolate during the peak warm months we will refund your order. If you'd like to place a large chocolate order, please contact us via phone at 314-293-9817.

CAN DRINK SHIPPING POLICY:

Due to the excessive costs associated with shipping beverages, Cardinal CBD Store will not ship canned drinks or beverages. If you in-inadvertently order canned drinks or beverages we will  refund your order.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 Business days (Monday - Friday).  
• Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. USPS rates are automatically applied.

• Overnight delivery is currently unavailable but we hope to offer it soon.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES:

• Cardinal CBD Store ships to addresses within the United States only. PO Box addresses are accepted as well.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking # will be provided after orders have been processed.

DAMAGES:

• Cardinal CBD Store works very diligently to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you received your  order damaged, please contact us at 1 (314) 293-9817. 
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

DELTA 8 SHIPPING POLICY:

Cardinal CBD Store retains the right  to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the  2018 Farm Bill. Due to Delta-THC 8 either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product currently does not ship to  the following states:

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island & Utah. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

• WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US
